terms of service:

by commissioning me you acknowledge...❥ you will have complete ownership over the artwork. feel free to post online with direct credit to me. however, you may not claim it as your own work, trace it, or make copies of it to be sold (personal copies are okay).❥ i have the right to refuse any commission that i deem inappropriate or feel uncomfortable making.❥ any commissioned piece of work may not under any circumstances be used for AI "art generator" learning / use. it may also not be minted or used under any circumstances for NFTs (non-fungible tokens).❥ i will only start on the artwork after the full payment has been paid (exceptions can be made for larger, more expensive pieces in which i will request half up front, and half after the artwork has been completed).❥ i will send the sketch(es) of my early process after payment is sent. if the sketch is not deemed fitting by the commissioner, you may request up to three small changes (such as switching the light source, changing the position of an arm). only light / small changes may be made after the sketch is lined and rendered, but i cannot guarantee that i'll be able to make said change.❥ as an artist you have commissioned, i wish to present to you only the best of my abilities and so i ask for your patience as i work; even if you have paid for something that seems simple / possible to complete quickly, or if i happen to post personal / other art on my socials. commissions can take anywhere between 2 weeks and 3 months.❥ if the situation arrives in which you would like your commission to be completed early (less than two weeks time) you may request a sped-up process for an extra $30 (price may vary for larger artworks). do keep in mind i might deny this request due to personal / life related reasons.❥ i accept payment only through venmo and paypal. if you are a U.S citizen, i highly prefer venmo over paypal.❥ absolutely no refunds. canceled commissions will not be refunded unless i have not started on the sketch. if you wish to cancel a commission mid-process, then i'm willing to negotiate a half-refund. please send this emoji: 🍰 in your form to acknowledge that you have read my TOS and receive a 20% discount on all artworks.❥ any additional questions can be sent via email :3

sketchy style head shot: 56 USD
extra character: + 50%head shots feature a character from the shoulders up. they focus on character expression / face and personality. for this type of commission, you may choose between two styles, regular (top) and sketchy (bottom). these can include a single color background color if desired at no additional cost.

busts:

regular style bust: 98 USD
sketchy style bust: 74 USD
extra character: + 60%busts typically feature a character from the hips up. they explore character posing and personality. for this type of commission, you may choose between two styles, regular (top) and sketchy (bottom). these can include a single color background color if desired at no additional cost.
