GENERAL INFORMATION:

❥ you will have complete ownership over the artwork. feel free to post online with direct credit to the artist. however, you may not claim it as your own work, trace, re-paint, or make copies of it to be sold (personal copies for your own usage are okay).❥ as the artist, i have the right to refuse any commission that i deem inappropriate or feel uncomfortable making.❥ any commissioned piece of work may not under any circumstances be used for AI "art generator" learning / use. it may also not be minted or used under any circumstances for NFTs (non-fungible tokens).❥ i will send the sketch(es) of my early process after payment is sent. if the sketch is not deemed fitting by the commissioner, you may request up to three small changes (such as switching a character's expression, changing the position of an arm). only light / small changes may be made after the sketch is lined and rendered, but i cannot guarantee that i'll be able to make said change.❥ as an artist you have commissioned, i wish to present to you only the best of my abilities and so i ask for your patience as i work; even if you have paid for something that seems simple / possible to complete quickly, or if i happen to post personal / other art on my socials. i take my commissions very seriously and want to ensure i am wholeheartedly motivated to complete your product. commissions can take anywhere between 1 - 5 months.❥ i am not responsible for any unsatisfactory elements of the final artwork if feedback is not provided beforehand. it is up to the responsibility of the client to request updates and necessary changes throughout the process.❥ WILL DRAW: fan-art, real people, original characters, light gore, animals and / or humans with animalistic features (tails, ears, horns, etc), NSFW, basic / light machinery, simple / plain background elements.❥ WON'T DRAW: mecha / robots, heavy armor, furries / anthros, elaborate backgrounds.

PAYMENT:

❥ i will only start on the artwork after the full payment has been paid (exceptions can be made for larger, more expensive pieces in which i will request half up front, and half after the artwork has been completed).❥ in the case that the commissioner requests changes that are larger scale (such as changing a character's entire posing midway through the process, changing the lighting source, etc), there will be extra payment fees depending on the complexity. this could be anywhere between an additional 15% - 40%.❥ if the situation arrives in which you would like your commission to be completed early (less than two weeks time) you may request a sped-up process for an extra 35% of the total cost. do keep in mind i might deny this request due to personal / life related reasons.❥ i accept payment only through PayPal and Ko-Fi.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

❥ absolutely no refunds. canceled commissions will not be refunded unless i have not started on the sketch. if you wish to cancel a commission mid-process, then half or partial refunds may be discussed. please send this emoji: 🍰 in your form to acknowledge that you have read my TOS, or your commission request will be invalid.❥ if interested in a commercial commission, discussions regarding such is strictly withheld to email communication only.❥ violations of these terms will result in the client losing the right to any commissioned artwork as well as being blacklisted from any future commissions from the artist again.❥ any additional questions can be sent via email !!
